Assembler
Pay: $19.00/hour
Shift: 1st 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Foam Assembler for our client, Betz Industries, to start immediately at $19/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Assemble foam components with precision to ensure product quality
- Read and interpret measurements and diagrams accurately
- Operate measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures confidently
- Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Ability to read a ruler and tape measure precisely
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable and punctual attendance
Skills
- Tape Measure
- Assembly Line experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Construction background or similar material experience (preferred)
