Office & Service Coordinator – Growing Facility Services Company

All in One Facility Services is seeking an organized, dependable, and professional Office & Service Coordinator to support our growing construction/facility maintenance team. We provide commercial janitorial, maintenance, repair, and facility services throughout Southern California.

This position is ideal for someone who communicates well, stays organized, takes initiative, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office.

Pay: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Position: In-office

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technicians
• Create and update work orders
• Follow up with customers regarding service requests
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and basic reports
• Maintain customer, vendor, and project records
• Assist with employee scheduling and timekeeping
• Communicate with technicians, vendors, and management
• Track open jobs and confirm work is completed
• Perform general administrative and office duties

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and online systems
• Able to learn new software and procedures quickly
• Capable of managing several tasks without losing track of details
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus
• Experience in construction, janitorial, maintenance, or service coordination is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
