Banquet Setup HousepersonThe Banquet Setup Houseperson will maintain and organize all banquet service and storage areas. As well as prepare function space for catered and convention functions. This position requires consistent adherence to policies and procedures of the department as outlined in the Biltmore Standard Operating Procedures (BSOP'S).ResponsibilitiesReport to work on time and in complete uniform prepared for shift.Prepare function space for catered and convention functions in a timely manner.Maintain, clean and organize all banquet function, service and storage areas.Maintain proper handling of hotel property and equipment while maintaining proper safety and security procedures.Setup and teardown function spaces properly and efficiently.Sanitize function areas and back of house areas.
