Meeting Room Attendant*$500 Sign-on Bonus. You will receive $250 upon successful 90 day completion and $250 upon 180 day completion of employment.Position Purpose:To manually set up, break down, clean and service all meeting rooms in accordance with Trump National Doral - Miami 's Service Standards.Examples Of Duties:Move chairs stacked 10 high.Roll tables that are 72" in diameter.Push staging and place according to direction from supervisor.Push dance floor carts and place according to direction from supervisor.Vacuum floors.General cleaning.Essential Functions:Communicate with supervisor throughout shift to be aware of the work.Set up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest. This includes considerable physical activity in transporting heavy materials such as staging, tables, chairs, dance-floors, etc., from storage area to meeting rooms.Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water.Break down all meeting rooms where meetings have concluded and return to storage closet so the room will be available to be reset for the next function.Maintain established cleaning schedule of meeting rooms and ballrooms so the rooms stay presentable at all times.Other:Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Trump National Doral - Miami from time to time is essential to the successful performance of this position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort.Due to the industry that we are in a need will occur for each associate to provide, "Excellent Service".Our goal is to ensure that we are maximizing customer satisfaction and as result there will be times when our associates in Operations will call upon us for support in order to ensure customer satisfaction occurs. When we are fortunate enough for this to occur, each associate will positively respond unless there is a chance that an opportunity resulting in dissatisfying a guest could occur. For example: different table types (round, schoolroom, etc.).• Ability to lift and move multiple tables and chairs and podiums weighing up to 80 lbs. through a crowded room.
