We are seeking Line Cooks to prepare casual dining, catering, and event menus across all kitchen stations. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, the Line Cook will support moderate-volume service through consistent recipe execution, efficient order prioritization, and strong food safety and sanitation practices.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and complete food preparation tasks.
- Set up and maintain all kitchen stations.
- Execute recipes consistently across casual dining, catering, and event menus.
- Prioritize and prepare orders during moderate-volume service.
- Cook items using grill, fry, and sauté stations.
- Plate dishes according to established standards.
- Maintain food safety and kitchen sanitation practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of line cooking experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food Handler certification.
- Experience with food preparation, grill cooking, and fry cooking.
- Ability to follow recipes and manage time effectively.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
