Job Description Overview: Prime Response Inc (PRI) is seeking a qualified Facility Manager for a potential upcoming contract to oversee maintenance, repairs, and facility operations for assigned buildings This role coordinates with alternate facility managers and supports multiple functions within secure areas. Key Responsibilities: Monitor facility maintenance and repair work performed by engineering and contractor teams. Coordinate work requests and track status using facility management software. Maintain a work order tracking database and contribute to monthly status reports. Escort tradesmen and contractors to work sites as needed. Serve as the emergency contact for assigned buildings during and after duty hours. Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure fire safety equipment is operational. Oversee custodial services and address performance issues. Prepare and process purchase requests for building services not covered by standard maintenance. Act as essential personnel for facility checks during severe weather or emergencies. Qualifications: Experience in facility management, building maintenance, or related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage work orders. Familiarity with facility management software is a plus. Ability to respond to emergencies and perform inspections as needed.
