- Anticipate $120,000-$150,000/year + incentives

- In-office position, M-F
- Maintain accurate financial records and draft monthly financial statements
- Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable with the accounting team
- Improve integrations between accounting, payroll, and billing platforms
- Collaborate with project managers on financial progress assessments and forecasts
- Enhance financial policies and procedures for the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tax compliance, payroll processing, and accounts payable/receivable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in the construction industry highly desirable
- Experience with Acumatica accounting software a plus
