What You’ll Be Doing Client Development From Fortune 500 giants to the fastest-growing start-ups, from day one you’ll build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector. Negotiate agreements, understand their talent needs, and become their go-to talent partner. Candidate Engagement Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals. Pick up the phone. Make connections. Build a pipeline of exceptional talent through proactive outreach and genuine relationship-building. End-to-End Process Management Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
