Neuroscience Sales Specialist (Portland East) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist for the Portland East territory to drive sales of psychiatric medications while building relationships with healthcare providers and mental health centers. The role combines clinical engagement, territory management, and strategic planning within a neuroscience-focused commercial team.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance in assigned Portland East territory through in-person and virtual HCP engagement
- Develop deep product and disease state knowledge for compliant clinical discussions
- Create and implement local strategic and tactical business plans with regional management
- Manage assigned territory budget and allocate resources to meet sales objectives
- Maintain market intelligence on local practices, key influencers, and customer needs
Requirements
- Minimum two years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar disorder sales experience highly preferred
- Strong patient-centric mindset and commitment to improving patient outcomes
- High integrity and ethical standards in all professional conduct
