Johnson & Johnson seeks a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist for its orthopaedic division in Portland, Oregon. The role involves providing clinical and logistical support for surgical cases, managing customer relationships, and ensuring product availability across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical and technical support to surgeons during orthopedic surgical cases
• Serve as primary company representative ensuring proper equipment availability and functionality
• Manage hospital billing, purchase orders, and address customer requests with independent judgment
• Share customer insights and procedural data with sales and clinical teams to support growth
• Maintain, track, and deploy equipment and assets throughout assigned territory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with medical certification plus 2 years experience
• Minimum 4 years professional experience or recent active military service
• Valid US driver's license and ability to relocate or reside in assigned region
• Ability to travel frequently including overnight and weekend trips
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and surgical procedures preferred
• Data analysis experience and demonstrated ability to work independently
