We are seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Interviewing potential clients
- Interacting with existing clients, attorneys, and court staff
- Drafting letters and pleadings
- Reviewing medical records
- Preparing medical chronologies
- Drafting demand letters, and witness and exhibit lists
- Preparing and compiling discovery responses
- Opening and organizing files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
