What you'll do

• Canvass neighborhoods door to door and talk with homeowners
• Educate qualified homeowners about solar
• Schedule appointments for our solar consultants, who handle pricing, contracts, and payment

What you'll earn

• On-target earnings of $75,000–$100,000+ per year
• Guaranteed base salary of $20,000–$36,000, depending on level and performance
• Commissions and performance bonuses on top
• Up to $500 per month in additional incentives when you hit production goals

Experience in residential canvassing, DirecTV, pest control, alarm, or smart home sales, hospitality, or the service industry is a plus. Solar experience is a bonus.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone with data
• Strong communication skills in English
• Able to commute to West Jordan, UT
