Parts Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (One evening per week until 6:00 PM) + Rotating On-Call Support
Starting pay is $25.00 per hr.

Are you highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Parts Specialist to become a key member of our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating parts orders, repairs, returns, and retrofit requests while delivering outstanding service to both customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Process incoming parts and retrofit orders received by phone and email
• Coordinate parts repairs and returns, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-up
• Monitor outstanding quotes and orders to ensure prompt fulfillment
• Communicate with customers and corporate headquarters to resolve questions and complete orders
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other carriers
• Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient workflow throughout the parts process
• Provide rotating weekday and weekend on-call support for emergency parts requests, including responding to calls and occasionally reporting to the office when necessary
• Work one evening each week until 6:00 PM to support after-hours customer needs

• Dependable, flexible, and willing to participate in an on-call rotation
• Experience with SAP is a plus, but not required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting as needed
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on occasion
• Comfortable working on a computer and using phones throughout the day
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
