Commercial Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a qualified Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee projects and ensure successful execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and manpower to meet project timelines
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scope
Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Requirements:

Associate’s degree (minimum) in Construction, Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Strong skills in subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and workforce management
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Willingness to travel as needed
