You’ll be inspired by Lockheed Martin’s core values to grow in ways you only imagine!Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity. Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree required Extensive background with subcontract management of cost, quality, schedule and technical program performanceExperience with Systems, Applications, and Processes (SAP), or a related resource planning systemExperience with training and developing early career team personnel, either formally or informally.Problem solving experience to include root cause corrective action Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)Desired SkillsExperience with different contracting types, competitive and non-competitive procurements.Experience with Program or Project ManagementInteraction with senior management, suppliers and other external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional organizationsMicrosoft Office Suite experience.Able to achieve delivery to tight schedules in a dynamic work environment.Ability to manage multiple suppliers to meet cost, schedule and technical performance requirements of highly complex subcontracts.Experience with communicating to all levels of leadershipExperience with written and verbal communications.Capable of identifying risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategiesSuccess in working in multi-functional organizations.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
