Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Maintenance Team LeaderReporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance team to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities. You will support environmental, health, and safety standards, food safety quality and regulatory requirements, preventive maintenance execution, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime and improve production performance.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop Maintenance Technicians to meet department goalsPromote and co-manage environmental, health, and safety practicesPromote and co-manage food safety quality, regulatory, and good manufacturing practicesOversee execution and timely completion of maintenance work and contractor servicesEnsure compliance with maintenance budgets, permits, and environmental regulationsManage maintenance work order accuracy, documentation, and closure in SAPSustain organized, clean maintenance areas through workplace organization standardsOwn maintenance metrics and performance reportingLead or participate in root cause analysis and preventive maintenance improvementsDrive continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiativesIngredients Required for Your SuccessPrior experience in a leadership/supervisory roleKnowledge of preventive maintenance programs and electrical principlesProficiency reading schematics, blueprints, and technical procedures3+ years of maintenance experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving skills in manufacturing environmentsComputer proficiency, including maintenance systems and SAP preferredComputer-aided design or drafting experience preferredHigh school diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical discipline preferredRelocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates.CompensationPay Range: $64,000-$95,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
