About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality and Service to take on an executive leadership role with a primary focus on enhancing the organization's customer experience, service, and quality functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a cohesive customer experience strategy, establishing processes to capture and act on customer feedback, and partnering with various teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey. This role also involves defining and monitoring key customer metrics, providing leadership across service operations, and overseeing the quality strategy and processes to ensure consistent execution of quality standards. Applicants for the Vice President of Quality and Service position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical product environments. The role requires a demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive operational improvements, and possess strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in structured or process-driven environments is essential, as is the ability to lead and develop a global team, and to build alignment across functions to support shared customer and operational goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of contributing to the senior leadership team and guiding broader business priorities.
