Responsibilities Demonstrating a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills Taking orders over the phone and in person Dealing with customer concerns Cash handling and making correct monetary change Upselling products Preparing and cooking high‑quality pizzas Food and portion control, hygiene, and food safety General cleaning duties and equipment maintenance General Job Duties Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler Prepare product Receive and process telephone orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility approximately daily Communication Skills Comprehend and give correct written instructions Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders Essential Functions / Skills Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use calculator) Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen Demonstrate motor coordination and precision for rapid movements Work Conditions Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F and above Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F or higher Tasks may involve sharp edges and moving mechanical parts Physical Requirements Standing for most tasks; walking for short distances/durations Lifting up to 50 pounds with a hand truck; carrying up to 30 pounds for sauces Push or pull trays on dollies up to 30 pounds Climb stairs or ladders infrequently; stoop or bend for 30‑45 s repeatedly Reach up, down, and forward continuously Use hands continuously, requiring eye‑hand coordination Temperaments & Additional Requirements Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, analyze data, and make judgments Depth perception and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces #J-18808-Ljbffr Domino's
