Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Newborn Nursery is needed at a healthcare organization located in Austin, Texas. This position involves providing quality neonatal care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment on a night shift. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Austin, Texas
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (12 hours)
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; 1 year of experience in Newborn or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU); current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); current certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with more than 2 years of neonatal experience are preferred.
• Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: Permanent positions available on the unit. Skills required include multitasking, adaptability, and team orientation. Experience performing procedures such as circumcisions is common on the unit.
