Job Position: Medical Administrative Assistant
Location: Royal Oak, MI 48073 Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Shift: Monday through Friday 8 am - 4 pm Currently seeking an Executive Medical Condierge for a prestigious medical practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to a discerning clientele. Job Summary The Executive Medical Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for our valued patients, providing outstanding service and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting. This role requires a sophisticated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to cater to an affluent and discerning clientele with grace and professionalism. Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients with warmth, discretion, and poise, ensuring a welcoming and refined experience.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and follow-ups with efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional service delivery.
- Handle sensitive patient information with the utmost confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process billing, insurance claims, and payments with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain an organized and pristine front office, reflecting the practice's commitment to excellence.
- Respond to client needs and requests promptly, anticipating their expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a medical office or high-end customer service environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
