Corporate Account Experience Manager

SUMMARY:Under general supervision, the Corporate Account Experience Manager is responsible forcoordinating contractual obligations between Motion Industries and customers. This roleensures compliance with the specific requirements found in each Corporate Accountcustomer contract.JOB DUTIESManages contract performance to facilitate customer relationships.Reviews customer contracts and transactional data to assess company compliance withterms of agreement.Manages the implementation of a contract by communicating with all levels ofemployees.Conducts inventory assessments to align product offering through crib crawl, store roomsurveys, etc.Supports cost savings initiatives.Participates in original equipment manufacturer conversions and interchangeopportunities.Travels to a limited number of customer sites to conduct and participate in customermeetings and/or presentations.May have customer assignments.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCETypically requires a bachelor's degree and one (1) to three (3) years of related experience oran equivalent combination.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIESExpert at all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Strong project management skills.Strong quantitative and analytical skills.Results oriented.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel required.LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: None required.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No Supervisory ResponsibilityBUDGET RESPONSIBILITY: NoCOMPANY INFORMATION: Motion Industries offers an excellent benefits package which includes options for healthcarecoverage, 401(k), tuition, reimbursement, vacation, sick, and holiday pay.DISCLAIMER:This job description illustrates the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this job classification.
