Your ability to greet guests with genuine hospitality, manage seating efficiently, and support smooth front-of-house operations helps set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. By answering questions, coordinating with servers, and maintaining an organized, inviting entrance area, you ensure guests feel valued from the moment they arrivereflecting the high standards of service that define the Live! brand.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Greeting/welcoming and seating guests.
• Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections.
• Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurants.
• Assisting wait/bar staff.
• Responsible for assisting with bussing and resetting tables.
• Responsible for cleaning host area and entrance to the restaurant.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
• Customer service experience dealing directly with customers.
• Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule. May require extended hours and work week from time to time.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop and reach, while assisting guests.
• Use of stairs and elevators.

Working Conditions:

• 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.
• Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
• You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.

Please note that this is a union position, and individuals in this role may be required to pay applicable union dues and fees.
