Salary: $55,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year (Base pay based on experience)

Additional Compensation:

• Monthly Performance Bonus: $500.00 – $800.00 per month
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000.00 (To be fully detailed and discussed during the initial interview!)

We are currently searching for a high-performing Assistant General Manager (AGM) to anchor our team in Waterloo, NY . This is not an ordinary assistant role—this functions explicitly as a Bench GM position . We are looking for an ambitious, sharp leader who can master our daily drive-thru operations immediately and actively prepare to step into a full single-unit General Manager role as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Floor & Drive-Thru Command: Direct daily high-volume operations, managing speed-of-service (SOS) timers, order accuracy, and frontline team placement to dominate peak dayparts.
• Financial Management (P&L Ownership): Run daily shifts with strict adherence to profit and loss metrics, taking charge of labor cost percentages, food waste tracking, inventory controls, and shift cash reporting.
• Bench Building & Training: Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor shift supervisors and crew members to build a reliable, positive, and highly cross-trained team culture.
• Operational Excellence: Enforce 100% compliance with corporate standard operating procedures (SOPs), brand health and safety regulations, and strict food safety guidelines.

Target Profile & Qualifications (Must-Haves):

To ensure immediate operational alignment, all applicants must clear the following professional benchmarks:

• QSR Leadership Experience: 2+ years of direct experience as an Assistant General Manager (AGM), Co-Manager, or high-level Shift Manager within a major, high-volume QSR drive-thru concept .
• Concept Match (Highly Translatable): Experience managing high-velocity environments such as Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Burger King, Bojangles, KFC, Popeyes, Arby's, Sonic, Hardee's, etc.
• Concept Restrictions (NOT Translatable): Please note—candidates whose management background is strictly limited to low-volume counter, assembly, or delivery networks (such as Subway, Dunkin', Jersey Mike's, coffee shops, pizza brands, or Dairy Queen) will not be considered for this track.
• Financial Acumen: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of P&L metrics, labor tracking, and food cost controls.
• The Assessment Gateway: Must be willing and able to complete a mandatory 1.5-to-2-hour operational aptitude assessment following a successful initial interview to demonstrate your restaurant management strength.
