ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and passion to build my own agency. I'm a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Business Management, a proud mom of two daughters, and enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and spoiling my two dogs. Giving back to our community is an important part of our agency. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative with Lindsay Adam - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Dedicated to customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
