Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Access Authorization Driver in Mont Belvieu, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and help deter incidents through a visible presence. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.23 / Hour Valid Driver's License Job Schedule DayTimeFri06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sat06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sun06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry records, and directing authorized personnel in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly report observations through established communication channels. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
