Production Assembly Supervisor in Tucson

Integrated Magnetics, a manufacturer of electro‑magnetic and magnetic assemblies is looking for an experienced Production Assembly Supervisor to oversee our production operations in the cleanroom lab for assembly and manufacturing processes and also to assist in production needs. You will help guarantee that manufacturing process remains smooth and efficient by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. The applicant must be able to comprehend complex operations. The applicant should be able to optimize day‑to‑day activities while minimizing the costs. The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. Responsibilities Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules Oversee and coach employees Ensure the safe use of assembly and production equipment Check production outputs according to engineering specifications and drawings Submit reports on performance and progress Train new employees on magnetic assembly procedures and follow procedures Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Assist in assembly and production to get products out in a timely manner Looking for supervisor for first shift: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with overtime as requested including Saturdays Skills/Requirements Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role Prefer 7 years of experience in assembly of electrical and/or mechanical components Understand how to read engineering specifications, blueprints and drawings Organizational and leadership abilities Communication and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach Problem‑solving skills An Associates' degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field is #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
