AI Engineer – Microsoft Copilot & Generative AI

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions.

This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and modern AI technologies to enhance productivity, automate business processes, improve customer experiences, and drive innovation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across AI/ML, prompt engineering, API integration, data analytics, automation, cloud technologies, and responsible AI practices , along with experience delivering AI solutions within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale Generative AI and AI-powered automation solutions .
• Develop and customize solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio .
• Leverage Azure OpenAI Services, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI services to build intelligent applications and workflows.
• Design and implement LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and agentic workflows .
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for enterprise AI applications.
• Build Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications and services using REST APIs and other integration technologies .
• Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Apply data analytics and AI monitoring techniques to evaluate and improve AI solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, business stakeholders, and technology teams to identify and implement AI use cases.
• Support AI model evaluation, performance optimization, and continuous improvement .
• Implement responsible AI practices, including AI governance, security, privacy, monitoring, and model evaluation .
• Follow enterprise Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices for development and deployment.
• Stay current with emerging Generative AI, LLM, Microsoft Copilot, and agentic AI technologies .

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering , or a related technical field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, automation, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, or related AI technologies.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions within complex technology environments.
