University Advancement consists of fundraisers and administrators who engage with donors and community members to advance the university’s mission. This position will report to the Director of Donor Recognition but may provide project support for all team members and their respective areas of gift agreements, stewardship, events, and marketing. Responsibilities Compiling and recording facility naming, artwork, and other donor recognition information Review and document Board of Trustee archives Data and record updates using Salesforce Organize and track projects within project management system Collating and mailing donor reports Organize and manage digital files Other administrative tasks Special projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications Must be a current student at the University of Utah and have demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills. Preferences Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Skills related to project management, administration, or operations are a plus.
