This role combines technical expertise, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions within a highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate can bridge business and technical teams while driving innovation across cloud and managed service offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & RoadmapLead the development and ongoing management of product roadmaps aligned with business objectivesConduct market research, competitive analysis, and gap assessments to identify new opportunitiesDefine product strategy and prioritize initiatives based on customer and business needsCross-Functional LeadershipPartner with engineering, information security, design, sales, marketing, and vendor teamsDrive implementation, launch, and lifecycle management activitiesAlign technical delivery with customer outcomes and strategic goalsCustomer & Market FocusAct as the voice of the customer (VoC) to shape product directionTranslate customer feedback into product enhancements and new service capabilitiesMonitor adoption and product performance metrics to improve user experience and business valueTechnical Product OwnershipServe as Product Owner within Agile teamsCreate and manage: User storiesAcceptance criteriaProduct backlogsEnsure alignment with sprint goals, KPIs, and delivery timelinesIndustry & Technology LeadershipStay current on cloud, managed services, and data center technology trendsCollaborate closely with technical teams to evaluate and implement innovative solutionsEnsure compliance with data security standards and applicable regulationsRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in technical product management and/or managed servicesExperience with cloud, hosting, datacenter, or critical infrastructure environmentsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle managementExperience working cross-functionally with technical and business teamsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsCloud certification (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldProduct Management certification and/or PMP certificationExperience in financial services, banking, or credit union environmentsKnowledge of enterprise cloud platforms and managed services operationsKey SkillsProduct roadmap developmentTechnical and strategic analysisAgile product ownershipCustomer-focused product designCloud and managed services expertiseData center technologies and infrastructureIdeal CandidateStrategic thinker with strong technical depthExcellent collaborator and communicatorComfortable balancing customer needs with business prioritiesPassionate about innovation, cloud technologies, and product excellenceThrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
