Office Manager/Grant Manager (Full-Time)

SHIFT: 8 Hour Shifts, 40hrs./week POSITION SUMMARY Under the general guidance of The Mom & Dad Project: The Office Manager/Grant Manager is a dual role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the non-profit organization's office and overseeing the grant application process. This position involves administrative tasks, office management, grant management, and compliance monitoring to secure and manage funding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
SHIFT: 8 Hour Shifts, 40hrs./week POSITION SUMMARY Under the general guidance of The Mom & Dad Project: The Office Manager/Grant Manager is a dual role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the non-profit organization's office and overseeing the grant application process. This position involves administrative tasks, office management, grant management, and compliance monitoring to secure and manage funding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Exhibit professionalism in the Department as it relates to patients, families, visitors, physicians, and staff members
- Provide administrative support to the executive team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and handle correspondence, emails and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment and oversee office cleanliness and organization
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for compliance purposes
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks like processing invoices, track expenses, and assist in budget preparation
- Assist with developing grant budgets and project timelines and track grant-funded project outcomes
- Prepare and submit progress reports to grantors
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements and conditions and provide updates and reports to funders as required
- Ensure grant-funded projects meet their objectives and deadlines
- All other duties or responsibilities as assigned
- BLS Certification within 3 months of hire
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or related field
- N/A
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1 year experience in the non-profit field or a like field
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Must have the ability to work collaboratively with providers and other members of the healthcare team
- Must be able to withstand stressful situations
