Job Title: Project Manager - Print & Packaging
Location: On-Site, Niles, IL

About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee custom print and packaging projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, materials, and production processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This role involves working closely with manufacturing teams and spending time on the shop floor to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage print and packaging projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Work with pre-press, press, and finishing teams to oversee production.
• Spend time on the shop floor to solve production challenges.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management in the printing or packaging industry.
• Knowledge of lithographic, offset, or sheetfed printing processes.
• Experience with print finishing processes like die-cutting and foil stamping.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Printing, Packaging, or a related field.
• Experience managing high-end packaging projects.
