Project Manager

Location : New York City, NY (Midtown Manhattan)
Position: IT Project Manager (Media / Broadcasting)
Must Have:
1. ROM Estimation Experience ( rough order of magnitude ( ROM ))
2. 5-7 years in media/broadcast industry as a Project Supervisor or Installation Lead
3. 7+ years Team Lead Exp
4. Strong understanding of cable/connector types, fabrication, and building trades

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in media/broadcast systems to lead the implementation phase of a high-profile IT infrastructure project. This role requires full-time onsite presence and hands-on coordination with engineering teams and third-party installers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and execution of complex media system installations
• Providing management of the Implementation phase of project for a Media and Broadcast client.
• Create detailed implementation estimates for services/materials in support of proposal efforts.
• Develop hardware and material requirements based on construction release documents.
• Develop pre-build and on-site planning and schedule for the project implementation phase.
• Manage schedules, resources, and risks across all project phases
• Serve as the primary onsite client liaison and team supervisor
• Interpret system diagrams, floorplans, and technical schematics
• Approve timesheets and generate progress/material reports

Required Experience:

• Proven success managing large-scale professional media system rollouts
