Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Provide direct occupational therapy services in individual and group settings. Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, handwriting, and functional school participation skills. Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers. Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings. Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom accommodations, and assistive technology when appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements. Monitor student progress and modify intervention strategies as appropriate. Support students in accessing the educational environment and curriculum. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure). NBCOT certification preferred or required based on state requirements. Previous school-based pediatric experience is preferred. Experience with IEP development, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred.
