Job Description The Briggs Agencies is seeking motivated, career-minded individuals to join our growing leadership team. In this role, you'll work with business clients to help coordinate employee insurance benefits while building and leading a successful sales team. Benefits Flexible Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Life Insurance Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–7 sales representatives. Participate in a comprehensive leadership training program, including classroom, field, and hands‑on development. Recruit, train, mentor, and support new team members. Implement and manage systems and processes that promote team success and operational efficiency. Conduct ongoing coaching and performance development for team members. Participate in weekly leadership and management development meetings. Build and maintain relationships with existing business clients while identifying opportunities to grow new accounts. Ensure clients receive exceptional service and support regarding their employee benefits. Complete administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting accurately and on time.
