About the Role

As a Remote Client Solutions Specialist , you'll meet virtually with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, provide information about available benefits, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Your success will depend on your ability to listen, communicate clearly, build trust, and provide an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do

Client Service & Relationship Building

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families seeking information about available benefits
• Build strong client relationships through professional, personalized service
• Ask questions to understand client needs, priorities, and concerns
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain products and services clearly and accurately
• Provide solutions based on individual client needs
• Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up after enrollment
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation

Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual onboarding and training
• Attend weekly coaching and development sessions

• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Because this position involves insurance products, representatives must become appropriately licensed before performing activities that require an insurance license.
