What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone appointments.

• Welcome new members and guide them through the enrollment process.

• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.

• Assess client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.

• Answer questions and provide ongoing customer support.

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.

• Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance requirements.

• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs.

Who We're Looking For

• Eligible to obtain any required state insurance license.

Experience in customer service, client success, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, insurance, call centers, or sales is welcomed—but not required.
