Globe Life AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing virtual team as  Virtual Client Relations Consultants . In this role, you'll connect with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, help them understand available benefit options, answer questions, and provide personalized guidance throughout the enrollment process.

This opportunity combines  customer service, client relations, benefits education, and consultative sales  in a fully remote environment.

No previous insurance experience is required.  We provide structured training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

As a  Virtual Client Relations Consultant , you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients while helping them understand insurance and supplemental benefit options.

Client Relations & Customer Service

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Welcome and guide new clients through the enrollment process
• Listen to client needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
• Answer questions clearly, accurately, and professionally
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up
• Build long-term relationships through trust, consistency, and exceptional service
• Assist existing clients with applicable policy reviews and beneficiary updates

Benefits Education & Enrollment

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Help clients understand coverage features and available benefits
• Provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment documentation
• Ensure clients understand their selected coverage
• Maintain accurate digital client records and follow-up information

Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual onboarding
• Attend ongoing coaching and training sessions
• Develop stronger communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Receive mentorship from experienced leaders

• Be willing and able to obtain the required  state Life & Health Insurance License
