No previous insurance experience is required.  We welcome candidates from customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military service, administration, call centers, sales, and other client-facing backgrounds.

What You'll Do

As a  Remote Benefits Representative , you'll combine customer service, benefits education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales.

Client Service & Benefits Education

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with qualified members interested in learning about available benefits

• Listen to clients and identify their individual protection needs

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly

• Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage, and policy features

• Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment

• Deliver a professional, service-focused client experience

Ongoing Client Support

Your relationship with clients continues beyond enrollment. You'll also assist with:

• Policy reviews

• Beneficiary updates

• Coverage questions

• Policy changes and service requests

• Claims-related guidance

• Follow-up communication

• Changes in family protection needs

The goal is to build  long-term relationships based on service, trust, and continued support .

No Traditional Cold Calling

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be physically located in the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Hold or be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate  state insurance license

• Have access to a computer or laptop with webcam capability

• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Have microphone capability

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments

• Be willing to complete required training and professional development

Licensing guidance is available for candidates who are not currently licensed.
