What You'll Do

As a Remote Benefits Sales Representative , you'll combine consultative sales with customer service to help clients understand their available options.

Client Service & Consultative Sales

• Meet with clients virtually through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs, priorities, and goals
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
• Provide personalized benefit recommendations based on client needs
• Answer questions regarding coverage, benefits, and enrollment
• Assist clients through the application and enrollment process
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation

Qualified Client Opportunities – No Traditional Cold Calling

Rather than relying solely on traditional cold prospecting, representatives work with qualified client opportunities and individuals who have requested information regarding available benefits.

This allows you to focus on:

• Building relationships
