What You'll Do

As a  Remote Insurance Representative , you'll work directly with individuals and families throughout the benefits and enrollment process.

Client Consultations & Benefits Education

• Conduct scheduled client appointments through Zoom and phone
• Connect with individuals and families seeking information about available benefits
• Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
• Answer questions about coverage, benefits, and policy features
• Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Assist with required documentation

Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Build long-term client relationships through trust and exceptional service
• Provide professional support before, during, and after enrollment
• Review existing policies when appropriate
• Assist with beneficiary updates and policy service requests
• Respond to client questions accurately and professionally
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication
• Keep organized and accurate digital records
• Follow applicable company procedures and regulatory requirements

Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual onboarding
• Attend weekly training and coaching sessions

This is a  commission-based insurance opportunity rather than a traditional hourly or salaried customer service position .

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments
• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Licensing guidance is available for candidates who are not currently licensed.
