About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated, take-charge individual with a strong work ethic to join our Endoscopy Revenue Operations Commercial Strategy & Excellence team. In this position, you will work to build and maintain critical digital enablement platforms that service internal functions like Finance, Marketing, and Operations as well as the entire Field Sales Organization. You will be responsible for creating sales enablement tools; opportunity recognition, shaping resource deployment strategies and helping the field meet business challenges through timely, impactful analytics delivered by leveraging a strong knowledge of BSC sales tools and resources. This job requires coordination with internal departments, including Sales Support, Marketing, Finance, and IS.Work Mode:At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. Lead the development and implementation of innovative technologiesAI Development and Leadership: Use AI tools in day-to-day processes and leverage technology to solve business problems in new wayStrategic Project Leadership: Engage in and lead strategic projects aimed at advancing the objectives of the MedSurg divisions. Demonstrate leadership in project execution and strategic initiative development.Project Management and Communication: Exhibit outstanding project management capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, maintaining clear and concise correspondence.Strategic Business Reviews: Generate tailored business reviews that reflect regional market conditions, customer challenges, and strategic opportunities. Offer comprehensive insights to support informed decision-making and feel comfortable presenting findings to various stakeholders.Performance Monitoring and Opportunity Identification: Monitor industry trends, performance metrics, and external data sources to pinpoint growth opportunities within both divisions. Lead the rollout of new features, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal utilization.Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the evolving technology and embrace continuous learning by exploring new tools, technologies, and resources available to the team.Required qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.Minimum of 1 year of experience with Snowflake, SQL, VBA, Python or similar programming languages.Minimum of 1 year supporting commercial operations or similar function.Minimum of 1 year in AI skillsets including but not limited to chat prompting, semantic layer and architecture.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Ability to travel up to 10% domestically Preferred qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience within medical device industry supporting a field sales organization.Minimum of 1 year’s experience supporting commercial operations.Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Experience performing advanced data manipulation and analysis.
