Note Applicants must have at least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience supporting civil litigation matters. Job Description Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, complaints, demand letters, stipulations, and other legal documents. Assist attorneys with case strategy, trial preparation, hearings, and motions practice. Manage discovery, including document collection, review, production, and electronic discovery platforms. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, witnesses, experts, court reporters, and vendors. Conduct factual investigations, document analysis, and legal research. Review, organize, and summarize legal, medical, employment, and other case-related records. Maintain case files, organize litigation materials, and manage deadlines. Work with ESI vendors to support electronic discovery and document production. Qualifications 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Strong experience supporting civil litigation matters. Experience drafting litigation documents and managing discovery. Familiarity with electronic discovery and document review platforms. Excellent research, proofreading, writing, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
