What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing in a 20-bed ICU unit
• Monitor vital signs and patient status, responding to emergent situations
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding care procedures and post-discharge instructions
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control guidelines

What You Need:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license (must be uploaded with your profile)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• At least 2 years of critical care or ICU experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a team environment
