Operations Manager (Project Management) Company Description Since founded in 1904, Union Savings Bank has been serving the local community by promoting responsible home ownership through prudent lending. We are headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, where we began, and currently operate 36 full-service branches and lending offices in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. Union Savings Bank is looking for an Operations Manager for our Centerville branch. Purpose of Role The purpose of the Operations Manager is to manage and support the operations teams for the Lending department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the processing team, from loan setup through closing and funding Act as liaison between sales, processing and underwriting teams Coordinate scheduling with support staff Hire personnel as needed Work closely with underwriters and pipeline manager to ensure contract dates are met Ensure that setup and closing departments disclosing procedures remain compliant Education and Experience Minimum 5 years of residential loan processing experience Solid background and understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines Management experience preferred Job competencies Organized and dependable Analytical and attention to detail Ability to problem solve and multi-task Verbal and Written Communication Self-Motivated Team Player Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required for this position.
