Operations Manager

PDS Health

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to gain the skills to independently run a financially viable dental office. The role includes structured development through the OM Development Program, with support from a direct supervisor, and progression to independent management within 4–6 months. The trainee will learn the PDS Operational Model, manage staff across front and back office, and drive improvements in patient experience while ensuring compliance with polices and regulatory #J-18808-Ljbffr
