Memory Care Manager

Job Details Location: Grove City, OH 43123. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $24.04 - $25.00 Hourly. Job Shift: 1st shift. Seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and creative Dementia professional to provide meaningful and purposeful activities for 15 residents. Responsibilities Designs and facilitates the Community Memory Care program, promoting active participation from residents, family members, and team members Oversees the budget and implementation of a cost‑effective Memory Care program, including managing an inventory list of equipment and supplies and maximizing resources available Creates and sustains a welcoming and safe environment which promotes resident wellness and independence Participates in the resident move‑in day Approximately 20% of hours will be providing hands‑on memory care support Trains, schedules, and leads the Memory Care team in providing exceptional care experiences, providing hands‑on support, education and training opportunities Delivers health promotion services and dementia care education services for residents and families Engages with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years experience in dementia care activities and programming Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity Benefits Unlimited growth opportunities Medical, dental, and vision benefit packages available Work‑life balance | Paid Time Off EAP & Maven family planning program 401(k) employer match biweekly Self‑service payroll Daily pay options available #J-18808-Ljbffr
