Front Of House Lead Supervisor

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring immediately for full time and part time Front Of House Lead Supervisor positions.

Location: Minnesota Vikings - 2600 Vikings Parkway, Eagan, MN 55121. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Variable between the hours of 5:30 am and 11:00 pm. Weekend availability required. Further details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous 2 years of experience required. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
