Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $21 per hour
Status: Full-Time

Kizaki is looking for a full-time Cook who is passionate about Japanese cuisine and eager to learn traditional Japanese cooking and sushi. This is a great opportunity for someone with culinary school training or professional kitchen experience who wants to grow their skills in a high-quality kitchen environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and chef specifications
• Learn and support Japanese cooking techniques and sushi preparation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team during service
• Assist with prep, daily checklists, and special events as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Basic cooking knowledge and kitchen skills
• Strong interest in Japanese culture and cuisine
• Eager to learn traditional Japanese cooking techniques
• Willingness to learn and follow the Chef's methods and recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Culinary school training or previous kitchen experience a plus, but extensive professional cooking experience is not required

Schedule

• Full-time Tuesday-Saturday
