RN - Orthopedic Urgent Care

TRIA is looking to hire RN to join our orthopedic team! Position Summary Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, scope of practice, along with recognized professional standards and Health Partner and employer specific protocols and policy. Supports multiple areas within a clinic setting with strong interpersonal skill and flexibility while maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting patient rights. Resolves concerns or complaints regarding patient care or service. Work Schedule 0.90 FTE Every 3rd Weekend rotation. If working weekend- three 8-hour shifts and then a 12-hour shift. If not working a weekend three 12-hour shifts. Required Qualifications Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing Associate degree or diploma required Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Maintain a current Minnesota registered nurse’s licensure. WI licensure required where applicable. Current BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines No online only courses accepted. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development necessary to provide appropriate care to the patient population served and ensure safety of patients.
