Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner
American Family Care
American Family Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality urgent and primary care in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic. You will independently evaluate patients across the lifespan, perform exams, order and interpret labs and x-rays, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries, and manage stable chronic conditions. Responsibilities include performing minor procedures, documenting in the EMR, coordinating follow-up care, and educating patients.
